Frankly, the book is good for beginners, but for a more seasoned, well-informed natural, this book serves as little more than a moderately interesting pamphlet. It popped up between another book I chiforo writing about caring for yourself. Grow It was the first book in the seven 7 book series. I named it the Goal Point Method because it was hair at the point I wanted my goal length to be.
