Western myth of Genesis: Selected essays from the rich and complex collection of Edouard Glissant, one of the most prominent writers and intellectuals of the Caribbean, examine the psychological, sociological, and philosophical implications of cultural dependency.
Both of these are gglissant modes and glizsant seems to be the central angst described, yet it is precisely this mode which is the primary value – which would be undermined by it’s own solidification.
