Please check the paper carriage area for any objects such as a paper clip or torn pieces of paper.
Sometimes after a paper jam you can have small bits of paper trapped under the print-head. If you do not find any objects the next thing we want to find out is if the unit has an error code.
You want to put the machine in a maintenance mode. All the lights should begin flashing.
If the lights do not flash press the stop key and start all over intelliifax until the lights flash. Once the machine is in maintenance press the number 82 and it is going to give you an error code. If the unit has 00 then there is no error.
If there is an error record the error code. Press stop and then 91 and this will reset your machine. Press stop and then 99 and this will exit you out of maintenance. If this does clear your error you will need to call Brother.

I just replaced mine last week, same problem. Posted on Jan 20, It is telling you the fuser unit needs replacement. Thats the heater that fuses the toner particles to the paper by heating them. If it cannot reach the correct tempurature the toner comes right off the paper. So you will need to order a fuser wire kit to fix that error.

It’s full of paper. In the past I reloaded the paper and had to press on the front brotheg the unit to get it to print. I just replaced the ink cartridge with brother oem cartridge and paper but still having loud clicking noise and no paper error.
