Also, as a side note to midfleton who enjoys this book, and also likes zombie stories Thanks for telling us about the problem. She made some bad choices in the book and jumped right into decisions and relationships without much thought. The characters weren’t built up properly and they formed relationships and feeling too quickly.
I also wont be reading the rest of the books in this series. It ended on a cliffhanger followed by a note of when the next book in the series would be out – November 1, !

Sorry, not on here much so I miss my comments quite a bit: I man, you girl. This book does not disappoint and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I became invested in the characters. Great series and thanks again for adding me: Bluur no wonder Nikki fell for a guy she had just met and was “jumping his bones”, as the book said, having barely met him.
But the relationships between the characters is so so, i feel the mum who at first seemed to have been through quite an ordeal I read a lot of reviews before starting Blur and I have to say there was a lot of negativity which at first put me off but i had downloaded it as a free eBook so still wanted to give it a go.
Like I said before, it had potential to be good, but unlike the setting of the book, the author just didn’t take the scenic route. I didnt like Nikki’s behavior at all and actually the only character that I liked was Nathan.

When a missing teenager washes up on shore during their first night at the cabin and there are whispers of vampires in Shore Lake, Nikki begins to realize that there are things roaming in the darkness that are far more sinister than what they left behind in the city.
Two stars because really the mechanics was good. I wouldn’t recommend this series, especially after reading reviews on how the storyline and the maturity level progresses. Aug 17, Christina rated it really liked it. The vampires could have also been explained a bit more.
Duncan only knows the girl for a week or so and he loves her already. Other books in this series. I wont be continuing onto the second book.
